1. Submission Fee & Scope of Service
By submitting your music and remitting the associated fee, you are engaging WhozFire LLC ("WhozFire") for the limited purpose of having your submission reviewed by our internal curation team. This fee constitutes consideration for a service rendered—namely, evaluation of your music for potential inclusion in a WhozFire competition. This is not a guarantee of placement, advancement, or prize eligibility.

2. Review and Selection Criteria
WhozFire's internal review committee evaluates all submissions based on artistic merit, originality, brand alignment, and production quality. Determinations are made at the sole and absolute discretion of WhozFire and its agents. Criteria are subjective and may vary depending on the format, demographic targeting, or theme of a given tournament.

3. Communication of Results
Artists whose submissions are not deemed suitable for the competition will receive notification to that effect via the contact information provided at the time of submission. Lack of placement does not constitute a reflection on artistic merit and does not entitle the artist to a refund or reconsideration.

4. No Refund Policy
All submission fees are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances wherein an artist is not selected, is disqualified, or is removed from the competition.

5. Legal Acknowledgement
By submitting your music, you expressly acknowledge, represent, and warrant that you are authorized to bind yourself (or your business entity, if applicable) to these terms, and that you have read and agreed to all provisions set forth herein and in the full WhozFire Terms & Conditions.

WHOZFIRE Competition Platform Terms & Conditions (Legal Summary)

WhozFire is a U.S.-based entertainment entity operating a digital artist competition platform. Artists submit original content to be evaluated in public and panel-based tournaments for potential career opportunities and financial awards.

General Agreement to Terms
By participating in any WhozFire-sponsored contest, whether via the Website (www.whozfire.com), mobile application, or affiliated social channels, the participant agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms may be supplemented by additional contest-specific rules located on the corresponding Contest Page. In the event of conflict, the Contest Page rules shall govern.

Eligibility
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Entrants from prohibited or sanctioned jurisdictions are ineligible. Void where restricted by law.

Right to Remove Participants
WhozFire reserves the unconditional and non-reviewable right to disqualify or remove any participant from a tournament or competition, at any time, for any reason or no reason at all. This includes, but is not limited to, behavior deemed disrespectful, unsafe, antagonistic, defamatory, or otherwise incompatible with the brand values or operational integrity of the WhozFire platform.

No Diss Tracks Clause
This platform is not intended to host battle rap, diss culture, or antagonistic content. Submissions or live performances that target, insult, or degrade another contestant—explicitly or implicitly—will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of any prizes, and permanent removal from all current and future competitions. This clause shall be interpreted broadly and enforced strictly.

Voting and Prize Determination
Winners are selected via public votes and/or expert panel reviews, depending on the contest format. Vote tampering, use of automated voting, or incentivized voting in breach of rules will lead to disqualification and possible legal action.

Prize Fulfillment Timeline
Winners acknowledge that all cash or in-kind prizes will be disbursed by WhozFire within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the competition. WhozFire reserves the right to fulfill prize obligations within a window of up to twelve (12) months from the final event date. This extended timeline accounts for administrative processing, verification, and sponsor coordination where applicable.

Rights and Licensing
By submitting content, you grant WhozFire and its partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, distribute, publicly perform, modify, and display your work in perpetuity for purposes of promotion, marketing, monetization, and broadcast.

Disclaimer
All competitions are offered "as-is" and may be suspended, canceled, or modified at any time without liability. Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to fulfillment timelines as outlined by WhozFire.

Governing Law
These terms are governed under the laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States of America. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved in the courts located in Atlantic County, New Jersey, to the exclusion of all other venues.
