2. Paid Services Policy (No Refunds)

WHOZFIRE provides digital promotional services including live reviews, editorial content creation, and promotional exposure. Because these services involve time, labor, and content production, services are considered fulfilled once content has been reviewed, recorded, scheduled, or published.
By purchasing a WHOZFIRE service, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You are purchasing access to the service itself, not a guaranteed result
• WHOZFIRE does not guarantee streams, followers, placements, or career outcomes
• Reviews and commentary may include subjective opinions or criticism
Disagreement with a review, rating, or commentary does not constitute fraud and is not grounds for a refund.
Any attempt to file fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after services have been rendered may result in:
• Permanent removal from WHOZFIRE services
• Blacklisting from future submissions or promotions
• Dispute challenges through payment processors

3. Music Submission Rules
By submitting music or content to WHOZFIRE, you represent and warrant that:
• You own the rights to the submitted material, or
• You have obtained all necessary permissions to distribute and promote the material.
Artists are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not violate:
• Copyright laws
• Publishing agreements
• Licensing agreements
• Third-party intellectual property rights
WHOZFIRE is not responsible for disputes between artists, producers, collaborators, or labels regarding ownership of submitted material.

4. License to Use Submitted Content
By submitting music, artwork, video, or other media to WHOZFIRE, you grant WHOZFIRE a non-exclusive worldwide license to use the submitted content for promotional, editorial, and entertainment purposes.
This includes the right to:
• Play music during live reviews or streams
• Post clips on social media platforms
• Include content in blog articles or promotional material
• Use submitted content to promote the artist and the WHOZFIRE platform
Artists retain full ownership of their music and intellectual property.

5. WHOZFIRE Editorial Content Ownership
All editorial content created by WHOZFIRE is the intellectual property of WHOZFIRE.
This includes but is not limited to:

• Written reviews
• Interviews
• Editorial commentary
• Graphics or promotional media created by WHOZFIRE
Artists featured on WHOZFIRE may share or repost the content for promotional purposes but may not republish WHOZFIRE editorial content in full on external websites without written permission.

6. Live Reviews and Commentary
WHOZFIRE produces live entertainment content that may include reviews, commentary, ratings, and opinions regarding submitted music.
These reviews represent subjective editorial opinions and are intended for entertainment and artistic discussion.
By submitting music or purchasing a review service, artists acknowledge and accept that:
• Reviews may include positive or critical feedback
• Commentary represents personal opinion and artistic critique
• WHOZFIRE does not guarantee favorable reviews or feedback
Participation in WHOZFIRE services means accepting the possibility of public critique.

7. Media Use and Promotion
By submitting music or participating in WHOZFIRE services, artists grant WHOZFIRE permission to record, stream, and distribute media that may include:
• Artist names
• Submitted music
• Artwork or branding associated with the artist
This content may be used across digital platforms including livestreams, social media, blog articles, and promotional materials.

8. User Conduct
Users of the WHOZFIRE platform agree not to:
• Harass or threaten WHOZFIRE staff or hosts
• Use abusive, discriminatory, or hateful language
• Attempt to disrupt live streams or services
• Submit fraudulent payment disputes or claims
WHOZFIRE reserves the right to deny services or remove users from the platform at its discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability
WHOZFIRE is not responsible for:
• Career outcomes resulting from services
• Performance of music on streaming platforms
• Marketing or promotional results
